Pairing tree nurseries with local schools to advance environmental education and help reforest the hills of eastern Nepal.
The One School, One Nursery (OSON) project pairs each local school with a tree nursery, combining environmental education with hands-on reforestation efforts. Students learn to grow native tree species while contributing to the restoration of Nepal's hillside forests.

Students learn to grow native tree species while contributing to the restoration of Nepal's hillside forests — building environmental stewardship from the ground up.
OSON is part of a broader Environmentally Friendly Local Governance initiative that links community-led conservation with sustainable land use practices across eastern Nepal.
