NCDF / EWB One Home One Tap project in progress

Here’s a few new images of the One Home One Tap Project, located in Dolakha district, Kalinchok rural municipality, Janakpur zone province number 3.

The One Home One Tap project is an NCDF funded project  This education, health and school tap project is a joint EWB and NCDF effort. Reports from the field say that the project is successful and running very well. The Kalinchok Rural Municipality is also supporting this project.

Our work continues.  Bhupal recently sent these new images of current projects carried out by NCDC and EWB (Engineers Without Borders) volunteers in the Kalinchowk district.  The projects include drone mapping, tap construction, health training, and more!

New project images

Here are some new images from NCDC, showing a number of ongoing projects.  Featured here are images of micro hydro, water filtering and solar energy projects.

EWB project update

These images came  in from Bhupal recently. They were taken in Kalinchok Rural Municipality with the EWB team. They show Women’s health training, Girls training about MHM in school, Water testing, meeting with stakeholders, water supply line maintenance, School tap stand built, Community tap built as a model, and supporting farmers for sustainable agriculture.

New images from NCDC

Received these new images today from Bhupal at NCDC – these are some of the activities and programs that NCDF and EWB is supporting in the Ilam and Kalinchok regions. Shown here are school nurseries, hygiene training (hand washing), water testing, income generation, community outreach meetings, improved cow sheds, and local environmental programs (dustbins).
